Everyone doesn’t play soccer and then expect to be good in a couple seconds. Soccer is a game you have to practice to be good at. Practicing can be hard but easy training can still improve your skills and techniques a lot. Toe-taps are good for stamina or endurance. You tap the ball with one of your feet then hop and tap your other foot on the ball. Then repeat, you can start slowly the get faster as you get better. If you want to still improve more, try to do toe-taps but move forward and backwards. It is important to switch the direction of the ball in a quick and easy motion. Pull-backs are perfect if you have an opponent against you and you need to switch to a more defensive position. Put your foot on top of the ball, and then bring your foot towards your body, then release. The ball would be behind you now so the offender can’t get the ball. It is important to be fast and in-shape, go for runs daily and as you get better, go faster or go for longer runs.
